Shibani, CEO –Theory of Purpose, is a consultant and speaker in the field of workplace cultures. She has a passion for issues around leadership and is working on unconventional stimulating work in the areas of competitive cultural advantage through workplace spirituality, values, and about deeper purpose in work. Her thesis was endorsed by the prestigious “Faith at Work” department at Princeton University.
Shibani helps organizations around the world, articulate values based behaviors. She guides individuals and organizations along as they maneuver the complex myriad of rules and regulations, while translating their unique values into corporate practices and leadership behaviors. She works with teams on elevating and inspiring behavior, to help organizations become more values-based, and human-oriented.
Dr. Shibani spent the bulk of her 19 year- career working in large, complex banking corporations in senior roles. Apart from being an Adjunct faculty at the reputable NMIMS University, where she teaches post graduate courses in organizational design and behavior, emotional intelligence, and Business ethics, she also conducts leadership programs in many other leading business schools. Shibani also teaches, and has published several research papers. She has, for the past few years, been actively focused on leadership development, cultural transformation, and team dynamics with industry leaders.
She is certified as a practioner of Happiness at Work, and a certified Facilitator in Barrett’s Values Assessment. Shibani has been a speaker on forums with the Maharashtra State Police, and IPS –Phase 1 officers, in addition to NIPM, NHRDN and several other institutions.
